Why would you suggest the guides get more lines than the regular fisherman? I believe it should be accross the boards not certain people allowed to fish more lines.... doesn't make sense????
I'm a guide and guides have too fish by the same rules as everybody else and I think thats how it should be. Charter Boats should not be allow anymore lines than any other sportsmen
