We fished Fri evening and Sat early am from Long Island. Tough in rain Friday, only fished two hours early Sat due to wind.

Fri evening landed three salmon to 19" and two lakers to 5 lb - all on live smelt behind one or two split shot. Friday's fish were near the gap (left as you look out from ramp). Sat fish were in main body of Bay immediately in front of ramp. One 20" salmon, one 19" laker, with two more misses.

We used a bow mount electric, and probably kept speed to ~1 knot. On Saturday the @#% wind blew us a lot harder than that!
