Have you ever considered putting the videos on another website [like Vimeo or YouTube] and embedding them on the News website? It would be a way to save storage space on your server. Unlike YouTube, www.vimeo.com keeps the quality of the video.

I currently have the videos hosted through a streaming webserver at Streamhoster.com. I'll check into the other ones and see what they have to offer. I'm not sure that this is a feature that most subscribers really are interested in seeing, so I haven't done the video consistently.
