have some question about gettin divorced in florida, if my husband owned his house before we were married but, I sold mine and put money into his, he never put my name on the deed but, my name is on the mortgage after a refinance do I have an interest in the house?? Can I leave for four days to go out of town?? can he lock me out of the house?? We have not started the divorce yet
