Not sure, probably depends on your state laws on divorce/division of property.. you might go to your courthouse website, look up the information on divorce to find out details on property division.

Never know what laws are in different states but it might depend on where the money came from. My ex bought a number of expensive items with money he inherited when his dad died. He kept the money in a separate account in his name only while we were married. He got all of them. If it came from a joint account you may be entitled to it.
