I'm in the middle of the divorce process. Me and my Husband are both owners of a house. Our son is eight and living with me and when he turns twelve he can legally make the decision wether he wants to continue living with me or move in with his father. Is it possible for me to give my half of the house to my husband as form of child support until our son is 18?

Actually, my stbx wanted to do something similar with our home. I did not agree to this arrangement because so many things could go wrong and I could have really gotten the short end of the stick. I talked to 3 different attorneys that were skeptical as to whether a judge would accept this arrangement. However, Jerk's attorney was willing to give it a try.
