My Ex and I have joint custody of two children, per the divorce decree, we claim them every other year. Any issue if I claim one, he claims the other every year?
There should be no issue with this if you are both in agreement to what you want...Personally and if needed legally for some reason, I would write this agreement out and you each sign and date it so there is no debate about it in future court issues (Say he wants to say you took tax money on the year that he was to claim them both).
