My ex was court ordered to each year supply me with his earnings statement. I asked him for this and he did not give it to me. The Friend of the Court asked him for it and he did not give it to them either. So the Friend of the Court has scheduled a show cause hearing against my ex. I received notice that I am also to appear. Do I need to bring an attorney to represent me even though the motion is not against me?
