Agreed! Being emotionally strong is key. I’m struggling through it with no family or friends to lean on, hardest thing I’ve ever done but I won’t let it beat me down any further. I am constantly talking to myself saying out loud I can do this.
Supporting each other and building each other up is so important. We can and will get through the worst because there is something good at the end of it.
