Why aren’t Tropics 15s on CCM schedule?

I don't see any tropics team although it has been paid for by many families. So annoying

Guy that worked for the tournament screwed a bunch of teams
By quitting and not entering the teams… no one knew until schedule was released

So is that schedule final?
