Agreed. Comes down to the coaching really. Find a good coach stick with them. If your player outgrows/performs the league the coach will help you find the next best landing spot. Again, a good coach will do this.
E9/BHL/PHL has lesser overall talent (minus Advantage typically) compared to the Elite EHF teams (minus Bandits and Breakers) and upper platinum teams. Otherwise its pretty good competiton (at the upper levels of PHL anyway). You should play at whatever level you are at and if your kid outperforms the competition to the point its blatantly obvious they do not belong on the team seek out a higher league. Same can be said to the parents who find a program at a high level that will take their kid and its apparent they cannot hang.
