CG doesn’t need money and he’s probably non verbal at this point. Nobody has seen him in the rink in 3+ years. At best he’s still feeding himself. His son and daughter in law own it and they are both great. Program was decimated after the articles and the people running the hockey side clearly know what they are doing. They are attracting the top girls in the area now. They have just about every age group locked up. U-19 is wizards but they just get sent commits like the eagles. They have u-12 but that flips back to Assabet next year. Program will start attracting u-10 because parents will see what is going on at the older ages. Take that integrity **** down the road to Bedford and slap a BLM / I got my booster bumper sticker on it.

Why anyone would put their child in harms way and let them play for this program is crazy?

So Sandusky is gone, but Joe Pa and the rest of Ped state that enabled sandusky get to keep running things like they never happened. Folks, CG was the creep. The people who allowed CG to be who he was, are the ones who are running things now at assabet. Call it willful blindness, call it whatever, but the stink still stinks.

What sucks is it used to be a great org. It has a great location, a great history of winning, and some of the people there were world class. When they traded their morals for convenience or a job opportunity, those people became worthless as leaders of children. These adults cared more about keeping the organization strong and their paychecks rolling in than cleaning house once their dirt became public.

What sucks is that there are only a few good clubs for girls hockey, and this used to be one of them. A lack of alternatives is the only reason that this club still exists.

Who is there that “allowed” it to go on. I’m not saying it didn’t go on. From what I have heard it wasn’t a great environment. Who is there that “let” it go on? His daughter in law? Couple of girls who played for him ? Couple guys who played d1? That little guy from Chechnya who does skills? Who was there ? Clearly you don’t know what your are talking about. The talent is heading that way and not up the street so they are doing something right. Shout out the red white and blue for turning it around. There are several alternatives if your kid is decent. I don’t know what your are talking about. Also, say what you want but Sandusky ran a hell of a defense. I’m sure there were many Saturdays I had penn state -6 and he pulled through for me. If we had to sacrifice a few boys to the tickle monster for him to put some pressure on the QB then so be it.

Assabet is a creep magnet and all the enablers are still there that allowed many years of abuse.
