A Colonial or Colonizer to one nation is an invader and oppressor to an existing nation. I can see an institution of education trying to distance themselves from the term. Reasonable to change if the student body doesn’t want to be represented by that mascot or name. But I don’t live in AB so it’s not my business nor do I care. What they decide doesn’t affect me in the least. Rock on AB.
