Players on 1 and 2 are going to get better offers, kids on 3-4 are going to tell the Bruins to go screw and they are going to end up in the playoffs with 13 skaters again.
Being from Vermont we got to go see 2 days of camp focused on returners and new tenders. A few of the tenders are better than returners, this team will have no issues with speed upfront, back end will be smaller but way more skilled. The bruins U18 players are skilled but just way to small to compete in NCDC so they will either have an incredible Premier team or those kids will leave.
Team 1: most returners with a few tenders ( very good)
Team 3: Good tenders and a few u18s ( very good)
Team 2: U18s and good U16s ( skilled but way to small)
Teams 4-6: Solid Elite and U16s
Let us know what you think?
Teams 1 & 3 have the players with tenders? The original post stated teams 1 & 2 are the teams with returning players and players with tenders.
Well we went back for a few games on the last day!
Team Red was really good. It seemed like the tenders from the other teams would fit in just fine with that lineup. Team 2 “Yellow” had a line of smaller guys that just controlled the puck and flew up and down the ice, but they were also playing less skilled players.
We watched team 1 Red play team 3 White and Red blew their doors off, but the tendered players on white will plug right into the lineup without a snag.
Look forward to seeing the JR Bruins play this year
Guys, look at their rosters the past few years: 56 players last year, 38 Covid year, 45 the year before..they cycle through players daily, if you don’t have a college commitment you are just another guy they cycle through.
Welcome to juniors sally
Any camp rosters? Or do only real leagues do that?
At least 5 from that Red team going to NAHL.
