Total compensation? As in, how many pucks can he keep?
Juniors covers a lot of ground.
Very helpful! Now, anyone out there have real data for the guy? I’ve heard local Tier 3 (NCDC, Premier, EHL, NA3HL) are mid 30’s to high 40’s. NAHL and USHL more like 50 to 75.
Good U16s/18 coaches around 20
Not sure if accurate.
Hard to figure total compensation as many also get free ice time in summer to run camps and clinics. Not only is this extra income, but it can easily be "cash income" away from the tax man.
In the USHL, head coach & GM are usually the same person, they are pulling down close to $100K generally.
