When your kid is applying for his first job, make sure he puts on his resume' that he played on an "Elite EHF Team", that may help him get a job
it really starts with a parents extreme sense of superiority as your wear the hats and jackets of your elite team. as a parent, you know you are better once you put on that EHF elite jacket and wear that hat! you will know the feeling when it happens - good luck with your search...
almost forgot - sorry you kid got cut.
if you need to ask, then your kid is not
Maybe if he is applying for a mailman job in Walpole.
When you go to work at Raynham dog track with that EHF team jacket and they all bow to kiss the ring, thats how you know!
Mailman job in Walpole?
If the guy really is a newbie, then the answer is "elite" only means your team is the top team at a given age level for a particular organization. It doesn't suggest the team or players are actually elite. Next level down is either called "Select" or "Tier 1" or "AAA".
Thank you, this makes the most sense
If your team has with the most Escalades in the parking lot, with EHF vanity plates and gold spinning rims, this would be a strong indication.
If your kid is D1 or pro then he is elite. If you are saying your 8,9,10,etc is elite most people are laughing at you
