how is this gonna be big? Just trying to understand. How is it going to improve the org, or more importantly the players? They are still going to be the falcons. Is there going to be a direct pipeline of kids now going to play for UCONN? Is it going to recruit more players around the area ( there are none ) This program was best when it was the Coyotees, when it was midget and junior hockey only. Not trying to knock anything, but the only thing I see big here is the pocket of the owner.

Good for the kids? If they were worried about the kids they would have moved out of the EHF and played the kids where they could compete every game. Poor Management across the board, will loose many this year.

with zero teams at bantam major this year they will be lucky to have one team next year. owners don't care. they're all about the girls and selling ice. 04 elite team will blow up too.

How did this shake out for 2004 team? did it blow up, or is last year's 04 NE Jr Falcons largely this year's CT Jr Huskies?

It's just a name change. Elite teams are the Huskies, Tier 1 teams are the Thunderbirds. All play out of Enfield. They partnered with the Wolfpack out of Cromwell, but they're pretty much a separate outfit. Teams are still the same, minus usual turnover. I don't think the 04 team roster is any different except for a player or two.
