At what age is it okay to make the move from tier 1 to "Elite". We like current coach and program but what are the benefits of playing at the Elite level other than the obvious ie talent/depth 1 thru 15.
NHL and D1 scouts are at all the FED elite games . This is where most of the scholarships go to . Best bet is to make the jump now before you lose out , all other leagues and divisions are a waste .
also keep in mind that the prettiest girls will only date boys who played in the EHF.
Entertaining snarkiness aside, the right time is when your kid is ready. You don't want to keep him at a level where he is no longer developing, regardless of how much you like the coach. Similarly, you don't want him to be on a team that is at a level of play that he isn't ready for.
For one kid, it's age 7, for another, 14.
It's all about coaching ! Just left an elite EHF team because of horrible coaching.
Go where your kid can develop otherwise waste of time !
