E9 2005

Would the top 3-4 teams in the league be able to compete in the FED? Im not talking about winning the division but would they be able to stay at 500? I know the smart ass answers are coming. Especially from Vinny in Revere who lives in an "in law" with his parents and is drinking a natural light right now, pumping up the Vipers across all mass youth hockey boards.

No chance. Period.

Re: E9 2005

BJR 05E and Rifles 05E would be able to hang. Rest of league probably not...

Re: E9 2005

why is it always the 05's that start these threads....05 is a weak year and terribly weak in the E9...Top team BJR wouldn't be .500.

Re: E9 2005

Next season ,the way it looks with player movement, both leagues will be very comparable. E9 is stronger at the older levels.

Re: E9 2005

IHC and MMF got much weaker. Hear BJR improved and Rifles may have RL playing for them. If true, these 2 can compete with anymore. It then drops off. Keep in mind that Bantam Minor is the year that things change. Have seen some strong PW major teams fall off when “the hitting starts”! EHF top 2 are cut above most.

Re: E9 2005

RL dropping down to play with 05 Rifles. They will be strong.

A couple of facts:

BJR lost to Caps 5-0 & Huskies 4-1. They are the only team in the E9 that could compete with the middle teams of the EHF. I am not saying there are not quality players in the E9 cause there but most the team lack the depth to compete with the top teams in EHF & top teams listed in MHR.

RL is not dropping down, he is playing U14 for the Rifles next year.

Lastly, for the Bozo who says the 05 birth year is week he has no idea what he is talking about. I have talked to a bunch of hockey guys who know 03,04,05 birth years from CA through the Mid West to the East Coast and they told me the 05 year is one of the strongest. So sorry your bender got cut!

Re: E9 2005

Lot of fake news there bucko. The hitting is about to start!!

Re: E9 2005

Kids you've never heard of hit growth spurts and pass the squirt all americans. And some of the bigger kids will stop growing - next couple years very interesting. Enjoy it no matter what league they play in - youth hockey coming to an end. Then the half season and HS teams want big and fast , they dont ask your Squirt/Pee Wee stats. And all the involved fathers - you're no longer involved.

Re: E9 2005

RL one of the best players in the 04 division, why would he drop down?

Re: E9 2005

Because u14 is a sh*t show. Many of the 04s are 9th graders and he is not.

Re: E9 2005

RL will be playing with 04 & 05 Rifles

Re: E9 2005

Plus U15,16 &18

Rumor has it that BJR added size and speed on defense. They also added a NHL bloodline at forward. Rifles could have RL, but probably staying at U14. Keep in mind that next season you might find yourself asking "where did that kid come from?". There will be some 05's that were playing on 04 teams the past couple of years and coming back to 05's for next season that you never saw before. Reason why they're coming back for next season? The instability with the wacky U14 transition year.
