It may be a good idea to have a split schedule say starting Dec.01 or thereabout. Move the top six EHF Elite Teams from each birth year into one bracket and the second half into the other. Change the schedule so that teams only play teams in their bracket for the remainder of the season. Top tier get auto bid into playoffs with the top two from second bracket. No value in the top teams playing the lower bracket teams for half a season.
Amazed by how many idiots on this board say Parody. It’s Parity!!!
Why do you feel the need to call someone out for making a mistake. Funny how people like you
Act this way when you hide behind a computer. It’s a great idea by the way
Spelling correctly is also a great idea.
Not a good idea, who wants to play the same teams over and over and over again.
Not really a good idea. But that fact that you think your kids team is too good to play all of the teams in October shows it's not just spelling you need to work on.
An option would be for you to move your kid to a weaker team to improve the competitive balance of the league.
I would take this a step further and give the top 2 black teams a chance to play in the Elite bracket as well. They would have to play their way into the Elite bracket of course through parity. I am willing to bet the top 2 teams would be a .650 team in the elite bracket of the EHF. I look at the 07 and 06 years and the top 2 teams for those age years would do just fine in the elite division.
So, You EHF wackos want more separation in the league ? So the elite of of the elite will be the only top division and the following four divisions will be EHF Lite ?
If your kid is on one of those top teams, and he is a top player on said team, and the competition within the EHF is below your kids talent level then move him somewhere where he will be challenged...
But odds are, there is not that much separation between your kid and the kids on those bottoms teams... and you will see in a few years when some kids that were not as good have surpassed many of the kiddies tagged as elite at 10 years old. !
At the end of the day there isn't that big of a difference between Elite or T1. They are kids....wait until their balls drop then see who is still skating.
there is a huge difference between elite and tier 1. HUGE. there isn't a big difference between tier 1 and 2. but elite is a million miles from tier 1. 99 percent of the development comes from practices and not games anyway so it doesn't really matter. you want your kid practicing with equal skilled players and you want your kid playing for a coach with a solid development plan in place. not easy to find. you have to get lucky sometimes
There is no such thing as Elite youth hockey. All these teams are Tier 1 teams or AAA. The EHF Tier 1 is Tier 2 Hockey. If you believe otherwise you are stupid. The BHL/E9 is also the same. E9 is Tier 1 , BHL is Tier 2. NEPHL is all Tier 2 (if that). Have a nice day , and tell your wife I said hello and have her call me.
Thanks
Coach
Hey OP, in what age division are there 20 goal blowouts and the top teams beating the each of the bottom five by 10 every game?
