Wizards do not usually do it and I’m pretty sure they didn’t this year. Mid-Fairfield is the only other true U13 team from NEGHL playing at the U14 T2 level.
Wizards Major 1 (tier1) is usually almost all the top birth year. Major 2 (tier 2) is almost all the lower birth year with a couple of upper birth year players.
I dont know where the hell you guys are getting there is only 6 competitive tier one teams at Nationals? You have of our East coast teams that make it as well as all the mid west teams (Mission CYA, TI, Caesars, Honeybaked, Belle, st Louis) and then the 4 or 5 Minnesota teams as well as the SD and LA, Philly, Pittsburgh teams.
Mission was the cream of the crop this year taking 2 of the 3 titles and their other team was knocked out in OT in semi.
Not misleading at all. Not many teams have U11, U13 or U15 teams. That’s the point and as girls hockey grows if will be more common and nothing is wrong with it.
Nothing wrong with it. Generally speaks to the depth of the organization. Other programs will follow as girls hockey continues to grow.
Regardless the old man aka the Phil Jackson of women’s hockey AkA Chris Hansen’s worst nightmare AKA the count of Concord
Bounced back and shoved it up that Globe reporter and all those Whiney parents @zz. They win Nattys up in concord. Its the Mecca of Women’s Hockey.
From what I saw at tier 1 nats this year, there aint no one keeping up with that Chicago puke green team at all ages for the next few years at least.
