2-3 for EE. Apparently they took the wrong kids. Those who were good 4 years ago are not quite as good as they think. Once again the Mid west proves to be too strong.

Re: Ccm futures

If all the top 08's are at the Pittsburgh tournament with BHC, who the heck is at the CCM 68?

You having buyers remorse as you limp home from the Steel City?

BHC went 2-2 (no playoffs) and lost the last 2 games by a 0-12 margin. Exposure was worse at 2-3 on the weekend.

Be sure to stop at Sbarro in Scranton if you have any money left.

Re: Ccm futures

As noted in other posts, there are some very, very good players but mostly very, very mediocre in both events in Pa and EE.

The surprise was the more than normal off the radar, very, very good players. In the new teen group it's generally attributable to non exposure, growth and body contact.

However, we think the emphasis in quality skills based programs in every corner of the USA/ Canada is a factor. Certainly there isn't quantity of competition out west or south, like the ole school mecca's, but make no mistake, there is quality.

As for the new teens, An old proverb still holds true, checking can turn a man into a boy or a boy into a man. There has been more of the former than latter.

And the upward trend continues for emerging players from unfamiliar zip codes, kids with no hockey lineage and/or high profile program and last but certainly not least, big, quick, athletic Dmen.

Correct. While you were chasing and following we were developing and preparing to take you spot when it matters
