Have an 07 or u14 whatever you want to call it, interested in playing U15 next year instead of highschool and or prep school. Is u15 5the route to take? Or prep school?

Have your bender play both. Most U15 is a half season that ends before thanksgiving, and high school/prep starts just after thanksgiving. This is what every kid on our HS varsity team does. If your bender is going to play prep next year, figure out if he can play U15 half season, or if he needs to play a fall sport at the school.

Thanks understand that you are just asking questions but you are talking two drastically ends of the spectrum.
U15 or prep ?
If your kid can play prep as a freshman then there is zero chance he should be playing u15.
My guy was close to prep but not quite there to get meaningful minutes as a freshman and pla*** u16. Then pla*** u18 as a sophomore before being recruited by preps.
In any event. If prep is an option. He is better staying on campus and skating a few times a week if he is at a distant school. Or playing in a league like the fall prep league if travel allows.
