That place is the land of misfit toys. If they get a good coach who can bring in a few castoff's or friends of the coaches kids then maybe they have a shot. Happened with 07's a few years ago. They weren't great but had enough to compete with most teams in the area. Pull a few from SSK, Bandits, Giants and Providence but agree that typically they are at the bottom of the scrap heap.
