Which organization? Bonus if you throw the team in there too, so we\'ll know who to avoid.
Lovell Knights
Lovell should just fold this org. When kids pick bandits over knights you know it is a bad org.

Funny how you can sit back and watch your child bust their a$$ at skills that has been prepaid, but since your whole team can't be there (school, family, illness, walk-on skills for $30) your coaches get punished by games being cancelled, scrimmages being cancelled, full ice practices getting swapped for half ice... this isnt only a one birth year issue. its happening to multiple teams out of the same organization. But, lesson learned i suppose... next year pick a coach that is willing to meat ride the director.
Get over it. I challenge you to find another organization where the same BS doesn't happen. If you can name one, then why aren't you there? Also, go easy on the coach. The parents who are shelling out the $$$ are really the ones that control everything.

our coach and his staff are great! it just sucks that they're getting shafted and so are the kids. oh well...

If you are talking about u14 then get use to it. It is by far the most difficult playing year to manage and happens at every organization.
