why does top gun 2012's coach get away with poaching kids every year? bringing fed kids in to their practices before the season has ended, if parents do the recruiting for him does that make it legal? every year they are in the tampering conversation and nothing gets done.
You should definitely call the Fed Authorities and let them know about this cruel injustice being perpetrated on 10 year olds. Make sure they dispatch the FBI(Fed Bender Investigators) to the Icenter for a full review. This behavior has gone on for far too long and must be stopped. Remember rules without consequences are really just suggestions and...sorry your bender is going to get cut.

In addition to the FBI investigation, I think a formal complaint needs to be made with the Fed Players Association. Kids have to learn early that you can't just play hockey where you want to, the FED controls you!

The FED doesn't care about youth hockey players they only care about collecting tuition. If the program sucks...tough shyt you pay! Your coach has anger issues ...tough shyt you pay! Your bender gets season ending injury...tough shyt you pay! Program brings in 6 new players from all over to February practice and replace your kid next year...tough shyt you already paid!

Literally nothing is done to protect the kids. It's dog-eat-dog, and the lack of rules and enforcement encourages, if not forces, terrible behavior.
If you're worried about new kids showing up at a February practice you're in the wrong sport, wrong program, wrong level and wrong league. You need town hockey.
It is a critical part of the process for that team to remain around .500 every year so they have to jump out in front of the recruiting process and bring in kids who want to chase the Elite dream while they lose the higher end talent that leaves every year. If anyone has some tampering advice, please email. No one seems to be impressed that I coach one of the worst d1 teams in the country when I try to illegally recruit and break ncaa rules to try and save my trailer trash parents failing business…. Please help!!!
