I'm really not worried about Ruislip High Street. I dont think there are that many establishments on the high street, that would want to put a stall outside, ie: John Sanders, Travel Agents,Banks, Building Societies, Jewellers,Hair & Beauty salons.
The butcher has a fridge outside his shop and I have never thought it makes the High Street untidy, or the coffee shops with their tables and chairs. It's what makes Ruislip High Street.
