Hello. I saw you had a Looping \"Chess Champion\", Switzerland, 1960-1980

I managed to get hold of a similar original, unused in fine condition in a box.

Just wondering how much one might be worth?

Regards / Paul

I am new chess set collector. Currently I have an Austrian Coffee House set from about 1900; and English St. George set from about 1840; and a Russian Tsarist set from about 1910. I am having an Indonesian set being made. I like to learn as much as I can about the sets I have. Any suggestions on books, articles and websites would be very welcome.

Dear Dr. Holger:

My husband has the 9 cm Schmitthenner set. In fact, Frank Cammaratta took a picture of the label of his set mentioned in your article years ago at a chess collector\'s conference in Florida. I was researching the web trying to find out what it might be worth but without any luck. Could you possibly tell me what it\'s worth is? I would appreciate any help you could give me.

Sincerely,
Mrs. Kirkpatrick
