Lena and I fished Saturday am at the north end of Winni. The fishing was much slower than it has been. We did manage 6 salmon by 10 am. Nothing was over 18 inches. Sunday we hit squam for 4 hours, the water was three degress warmer than winni. We ended up with three fish in the boat and miss another small salmon bringing it in. The two biggest were 22 and 22 1/2 inches, both nice heavy fish. Both days we caught fish at 4 colors and 17-25 feet deep. The pink gold DB smelt and the Orange and black dot top gun produce most fish. Fished Squam again today till about 9 am and only managed 1 smaller rainbow. Good luck if you go out. Squams water level is very low, looks like over 2 feet lower than normal.
