did it just stop showing the clouds or did it never work. my 15 year humminbird shows them but right now nothing on top over on sebago. i think the smelt are now running and all thats left are the real deep ones showing at 90 in 120 foot of water or more, i go shallower and the all disapear off the screen. i dont see the balls on top til the young of year show up in late july. if im out by 5 in the right area, i see smelt close to the surface but by 5:30 they are dropping fast right now. i would say any mid priced finder should show them if the finder is set up right
